How do I register a online business in Bangalore India?
I want to start selling online and need to register the business. I dont want to open a shop or warehouse. Please advise easiest way to do this..

You dont have to register your business, you have to register a company name to do business as proprietorship, partnership, private limited. Search for company registrars and get information about registering a company.
Then once you register a company. You should have an ecommerce platform to sell online. If you are ok to pay for ecommerce website. Consult a web development company or directly buy the ecommerce platform and host it in your own domain from shopify.
If you are looking for free source, then try open source softwares like magento or opencart
Then get the list of various shops in bangalore like mobile shops, art galleries, furnitures, apparels etc.
Then call them and fix up an appointment and explain about your business and put up an agreement with them that you can get the products from them and sell it online and once the sale is done you will get a commission from them.so you don’t have to maintain a warehouse. But you should maintain an inventory and warehouse online in your ecommerce platform.

I am starting an online business , basically a website, nothing to sell, its kind of a dating wwbsite you can say for which transactions will be taking place. So payments will be coming from that, and the bank account must also be there. so is it necessary for me to register for that business.
If yes how and where will I register , as I don’t have any physical existence of that business, so what will be my principal place of business in the form?

Proprietorship business registration is not compulsary in India.However you can register,but I’d suggest you not to as you get nothing for wasting your money on registration.

Hi,
I am from India. I wanted to do a business on my own. I am interested in online selling of products within India. Products like electronic items, computer components, mobile phone accessories, etc. Please guide the steps which I have to follow.
I wanted to become an authorized seller and I would require license for my store so that I can sell in online stores and in normal stores as well by providing warranty to the products which I sell..
Please help me in getting the licence for the store, like TIN or TAN numbers or what ever required. And also help me by saying what are all required to start an authorized electronic store.
