It really depends on whether you have a list.

If you have a list that is confirmed double opt in that you either built, rented, bought or something of that nature the there are hosting companies that will allow email broadcasting of a sufficient level to be acceptable. With an account all you would need is the ability to write a little html code to send html emails, or notepad to write generic emails.

however if yours is a junk email list that is harvested emails that you wish to send UCE emails almost everyone reputable will turn you down. Reason it harms their site and its reputation.

Bob, I use a program called SendBlaster: http://www.doitwithcms.com/ap/email-marketing-software/sendblaster

I also have an existing email list (12,000+ clients) and this program works fine on a PC.
I connect it to my webserver, but you can use whatever internet connection you want.
The setup on it is very easy.

For sure, it has all of the features that you are asking about (and more):

– Type up one email and can send to entire list.
– Can also personalize the email so that individuals will find it more relevant
– You can add an unsubscribe link
– You can integrate it with Google Analytics and “TrackReports”
– Comes with a WYSIWYG editor (of course!)
– Use plugins
– Import and export email lists
– So much more

There’s too many features to list here, but it is well worth it. For all of the features it provides, it’s a really good one-time price .
