I think you need to clarify your question a little more. What is the outcome you want to achieve?Depending on that I can suggest a variety of simulations from software based ones like SimVenture to online worlds for business like Sim-U or Bizdemy. There is even a MMOG called Geo that you can use at no cost.

Hey guys, I bought a business PC about 2 months ago with a crappy business graphics card. I want to buy a Geforce graphics card so I can play games. What is the latest Geforce graphics card and would this fit into my PC?

The speed of the graphics card depends on the psu (power supply unit)
you probably have a 300w psu.
The best for that is a geforce 9800gt or geforce gt240
both around $70 to $100 or (£60 to £90)
both of these will fit into your pcie slot on motherboard
these are mid range cards capable of playing even new games in mid to high settings.
Also you dont list the speed of your processor or amount of ram.
These also are a major factor in playing games

How to start an online social game business?
this is my dream when im older, well in a few years actually. now i know you can get starting up loans for these things, but loans tend to disappear. and the game would be in development for a year or two, but i would need to higher programmers, digital artists, ect and i would need to pay them off the loan, but i would also need the programs,computers, office space, domain, servers .. this just seems like allot of money. and i don’t really know how to go about it. i was inspired by outsmart a company that developed small worlds. i live in quebec canada so anyone help?

I think the best thing to do would be to get some experience with it all first. Yes, there have been a lot of inexperienced game creators, but they have been programmers who can do most things themselves. They then started off small, and built up to the massive server farms and teams of designers you see today.
