I have purchased a domain http://www.netmarketingfirm.com
I want to start online marketing firm and the business will be just online. No offline offices. I need to know How, What, Where, about registering an online firm. Which forms to fillout and which offices I need to contact, what are the charges, what is necessary to register an online firm/business. Do I have to apply for some kind of Business Number? I’m totally new to this, please help me as much as you can.

I am 18 n I wanna earn a few bucks so that I don’t need to ask my parents for all my shopping as well as daily expenses. I wanna save some of the money I earn as well, to have a good bank balance. After I have saved up a good amount of money, I wanna do somethin with it, like, start a business which earns a gud profit or buy a big stuff or just invest it in something. I am a student and time is very precious to me. So, I can spend an hour on an average over the computer, daily!

question regarding partnership in India?

hi. i am 19 and i was starting a business with a friend (as a partner).

it is an online webhosting business.

what details do i require?do i need to make a partnership deed? register the business? do i need to pay sales tax.

if i create partnership firm how will i be taxed and i am sole person, is ther nay differnce??

Best way to go to USA (America) from India?

Hi,

I am an Indian and I have completed by B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2008 from NIT, after which I have worked in an MNC for 1.5 years. I quit the job in March 2010 and started an online business.

Now, I want to go to USA (America). It can be of any purpose, I just want to be there for sometime and see how‘s life over there. I can work there, I can settle there, it all depends on how things turns up.

Now, I would like to know my OPTIONS to go to the USA.

I am open to all means. I can do a MBA degree there or can work in a company or can continue with my online business. It all depends on what is available to me.

Please suggest what I can do OR please direct me to the right direction.

Some more details about me. I already earn like some $4-5K a month from my online business and my business is growing. I also have some friends of mine doing MS in Texas. But I want to explore my options.
