A lot of online retailers offer free shipping. Most of them are 7-10 days. How do they offer this without padding the price of their items to pay for it?

I run an online business, and I dont want to deal with customers making claims on very miniscule problems. Is there like any free shopping cart or very low priced that I can use for my websites. I want to have a 3 day return policy or something like that. or a no return policy. How to do so?

First, it’s illegal to not accept returns if the item is broken. Doesn’t matter if your policy is “sale final” or not.
Second, customers can do a chargeback by contacting their bank. They don’t need to go though the merchant account you use.
And 3-day return policy! Sure if you want no customers. When I purchase something even though it has been delivered, I have it sent to a mailbox and I might not even pick it up for more than 3 days. Then I might not get around to opening it for another few days. No way, I would purchase anything from you.

We’ve recently opened an online business, we help people choose the right supplements (and either tell them which one’s and how much, or have them delievered to their door – the choice is theirs), and help people who want to gain weight so they can turn it to muscle, or people that want to loose weight, we make detailed work-out plans they can do at home and help with their diets. We accept payments by money order or paypal, we only charge $5.00 for a consultation fee, which includes the whole work-out plans, dieting advice & guidence on supplements including where you can get them or how much, & if you want them delivered you have to pay the price of the supplement + P&H.
Currently we have a free website host, as we dont know how well we are going to do.
But where and/or how can we advertise our online business so we can get more clients?
