You do your site first, then add the Paypal button to that. All they do is the money transfer for you, you have to do your own website before adding their thing.

How can I make cheap custom business cards w/ my own design?
I dont want to use an online service, I just want them quick and in high quality. Printing them myself isnt really an option.

Jere answers:
1. Design your business card using photoshop (or any other image editing software)
2. Make another image that is 5 * 7 inches in diameter which compiles 4 business cards into one image (keep in mid that the dimensions should be around 2×3.5 inches)
3. Upload the picture to the Walgreens website, or any other online photo printing site. They charge you about 1 dollar per 5*7 print and about 20 cents for a 4*6 (which will also work for business cards with the dimensions of 2*3)
4. Select glossy print, and place your order. Pick em up an hour later at your local Walgreens.
5. Cut the pictures up using scissors or a paper cutter and you should have 4 business cards per print.
Not the most professional solution, but definitely did the trick for me. They look great, feel great, are durable and I spent a grand total of 5 dollars for 100 2*3 business cards. Thats pretty amazing. Keep in mind that Kinkos charges around 90 dollars for 250 cards.

How can I find a partner/collaborator for an online business?
I have been living in East Asia for several years and have a concept for a type of niche online service/community that has been quite popular in the states but not really present in this market. I don’t expect that it would take much funding to start up and I’m willing to invest my own money, but it would requre a substantial development effort from a talented web developer/designer. The trouble is that I don’t have any such contacts and don’t have any entrepreneurially-minded acquaintances. Theoretically the site developer could be located anywhere, but trust and commitment are big worries. Does anyone have any advice on how I could move this idea forward?

What were the first few companies to offer customizable photo slideshows ONLINE?
I am interested in creating photo slide shows which I have done previously. I am in school and would like to do a paper on the market that interests me. Can someone tell me where to find information on businesses that create photo slideshows for consumers and when they brought their business online?? In addition, what was the 1st compnay to bring their photo slide show business online?
Please include links to related articles with your answer. I am running into a brick wall. Only serious answers please.

Jere answers:
Good question but one which I doubt you will ever find the answer to.
Film slideshows of stills were being created before video came about. An uncle of mine used to do that in the 1950’s. On cine film.
Photographers would film prints and edit them into films of weddings and the like.
Then video came along and made it easier and video editors would add transitions and effects to the stills.
I recall many years ago this being advertised on bulletin boards (for the youngsters that was how we communicated on-line prior to the www being the “thing” ).
When pc’s became more popular then the slide show business just moved with the times and they were done on “floppies” (Lesson 2 for the youth. They were the things which preceded cd’s and dvd’s and could hold tens of k’s of information).
Quite simply, those sort of businesses have been around for many years and it was individual photographers who first offered that sort of service and people doing so were offering this on bulletin boards back in the 70’s and 80’s.
All the latest slideshow technology is just the old stuff moving up and onwards.

What Are The Biggest Problems You Face As A Realtor?
Hello,
I am getting ready to launch my own business online which will focus on buyer leads for Realtors and wanted to improve upon my service by making sure that I cater to the problems that most Realtors face when it comes to receiving Internet Leads.
Are you a Realtor? What would you say is the biggest problem you have with leads you get from the Internet? What would make the lead more effective and worth paying up to $100 for?
Thanks!

Jere answers:
There are tons and tons of buyer referral services out there, but all are an incredible waste of time and money. All of my co-workers that have tried these lead referral services have regretted it, and received very little or no businesss from it. This is the reputation you are going to be up against.
Most of the leads I get from the internet are people looking for something for nothing.
