Which is the safest way to receive money from foreign clients?
I’m a new Delhi based,indian female.
I am planning to open my own website,which will offer paid consultation both to Indians and foreigners all over the world.
Since i am totally new to online business and website ownership,i dont know anything about online payments,i need your help thru detailed replies in simple language,to my below queries:
1. What things shud i keep in mind,so that when I receive online money,I do not face any fraud with my bank account.
2. please tell me the safest online websites or services through which i can receive money from foreigners very fast at low service fees
3. Is pay-pal website reliable?If yes,does it function when the receiver, ie,me is living in india?
4. If no to my 3rd question,plz recommend any other website or services for safe and reliable money receiving.
5. does the currency get automatically transferred into indian rupees,during this transfer?
6. do i also have to pay any fees when this money is received by me?If yes,then how much?

By googling paypal India, I found out that paypal indeed does provide a service there.
Currency from other countries will automatically change into rupees to go into your account. However, the paypal exchange rate may be less than you would get at the bank.
Paypal charge no fee to the money sender, but take 3% from the receiver, as their commission.
Yes, it has proven reliable for me, though I have read many stories about people having their accounts frozen by paypal, and not being able to access their money. The secret might be to keep transferring money from paypal into your bank account, so your paypal account never stays too big, and there will be less loss in the event of any freeze.

PayPal is excellent. You pay no fees when receiving money into your Paypal Account. There are fees for transferring money from your PayPal Account to your personal Account, but these can be eliminated with the PayPal Debit card. Good Luck.
