There are two ways onsite SEO and offsite SEO. Onsite is getting your website updated with all your business products and making the keyword title and description of every page relevant to each page. Second is Offsite you can you use social media for that like facebook fanpage and a twitter page and connect it with your main site and products online.

By CAD I assume you mean Computer Aided Design. The best way to start is dong an apprentiship with a local architect. There are many online training materials for AutoCAD.

hey, I am thinking of buying a stock of shirts or different sizes and shirts from some cheap country and then import it to USA and then sell it on ebay or amazon. How good is this idea? and do you think that I can do a good business online?

I think that would probably be called wholesaling and a lot of people already do that. You would have to do a lot to get people to know more about your business and sell it at an affordable price for the mass consumers. You should probably get others to help out with your business too. Make sure your merchandise is good quality and not cheap and defective, otherwise that will only hurt you.
