If a “certified” trainer is are not qualified to teach gym class to 2nd graders, then he shouldn’t be trying to teach adults how to work out.

Make sure the school you choose is Regionally accredited! For example most if not all schools that include the cost of textbooks for on-line courses are NOT regionally accredited ie., Grantham University Ashworth etc..
