You need to go to the Small Business Administration office. Every county in the U.S. Has one. The other guy that said only Australia has them is wrong.
Go into the SBA office in San Diego (there might be more than one) and talk to them. They’ll likely have the paperwork for you or will give you instructions for doing it online.

Ok so here is my story..i will try to keep it short.. I am 8 months pregnant and i really want to start a small business that i can take my son with me when i go to work.
I have an office that is set up and ready to go…it is a small house that is zoned commercial…I dont know what to do with this space..Im paying rent on it every month and it is sitting there empty…i realllllly want to do something where i can make money at it.I live at my moms house now because she moved overseas for while….
And im stuck with a 5yr lease with the small commercial house. The rent is $700 and not to bad..This street gets 20,000 cars a day…so does anyone have any ideas what i can do with this place?????????

There are so many scam sites that if a domain does not have a BBB listing you should avoid it.
I’m surprised Road Runner Sports doesn’t have a better rating, as my past experience with them was very good. Anyway, they do have a rating, and they are real.

There may be some little discounts at some legitimate vendors, but it won’t be a lot. Buying something super cheap that externally resembles the real thing will not help you when the time comes to actually run in them.

It looks like online is the only way they sell it, but they have so many products and you wanted a cheap one. Do you just want the liquid Honey or the capsules or what? The bottled items seem to be priced in an affordable fashion.
