What is the best online tutoring software? Can I use Yahoo Messenger?
I am hoping to set up an online tutoring service and was wondering what medium would be best.
I have Yahoo Messenger 10. How can I get an online interactive whiteboard that tutor and student can both access in real time?

I don’t think Yahoo will allow its Messenger to be used in such a fashion. Why would they enable someone else to earn a fee while using their free equipment?

I have an outfitting business that has some tags that still need to be sold, craigslist wont work because it is local advertising and I need out of state business. Is there any good free sites, or will i need to pay for one?

The self serve paid advertising systems most often recommended for new users are Google Adwords and Facebook paid ads, Google sponsored search ads give you qualified prospects actively seeking solutions (search keywords) you choose, Facebook ads provide detailed demographic targeting, helpful if you know the profiles of your customer base, interrupting someone’s social meanderings on Facebook, ads may just be initial attention getters, useful for sending people to a free Facebook business page. You would need a company page or web site to best benefit from paid ads. Bother of these ad systems have first time user vouchers, You can pay $25 and get $100 matching funds from Google.

how should i proceed with a business model with no resources of my own?
I have a business model related to an online ‘services‘ business but i do not have the valid resources or manpower to go forward with the project.
how should i proceed with it? I have some capital that i can invest in it.

Online business = low risk because not a lot of capital is involved (unless you employ 50 developers). There’s plenty of articles about how to bootstrap a startup. You can try approaching VCs with your seed idea, but expect them to snatch up like 40% of equity or more. You can also use something that most startups do and use the ‘sweat’ equity option, which entitles employees to equity for their labour. I suggest you consider a business plan maybe, as this will help you layout plans and financial/operational strategies.
