Its very easy. If you have a products sites. Submit in Google products and If you have a Services sites, first make a clear structure for your websites with 1 to 5 pages and make promotions.

Assume you have an online business that provides services over a website to visitors who pay membership fees. Lets say $5 a month for every member. Also assume that that business is registered in Louisisna.
Would that business have to withhold taxes for paying members who reside in Louisiana?
Would that business have to withhold taxes for paying members outside of Louisiana?
How would taxes have to be paid on those membership fees?
If you know any sources of additional information that would be very helpful.

You are confusing sales taxes and income taxes. You need to talk to a local accountant.
