How do I go about creating an email newsletter?
I have a small business and I am considering doing an email newsletter like I get all the time from various companies. I am a graphic design and only know basic HTML, but I’m not sure if that’s enough to be able to create one on my own. Are there any sites or tutorials on how to create an email marketing campaign on your own?
I want to use graphics too.

Most of them are scams. The only thing i suggest u do is buy your own emails, and do the marketing yourself. Never pay or sign up to a company promising that you can email millions everyday.

How do I send out weekly emails to people who sign up for information?
I signed up on some companies website for 52 tips to get more energy. Every week I get a tip emailed to me. I am sure that this is done by some marketing company or website or something. How is that done, because every person starts on a different week.

Look at the fine print on the email you are receiving. It should indicate the email company. If there is a remove or unsubscribe link it should also point to the company.
