Well, let’s be clear on affordable. How many people do you want to reach? Are you looking to use this as a sole-method of promoting your product? People read emails when they are receiving them from trusted sources or are interested in the subject matter. Are you aware that the open rate for email marketing is approximately 2% at best? If you have a budget in mind then then start from there. I will not quote you on any price because that is entirely up to the list that is purchased. Open rates are very dependent on Subject Lines.
