We will provide Social Media Marketing services to customers on mainly platform of Facebook, Orkut, Blogger, Scribd and other portals. How to charge for the services mainly per addition of a Friend, per marketing email or some other parameters. Kindly let me know.

Generally these services are done on an hourly basis. You set and hourly rate and charge for your time. Your rate will depend on your abilities and time in the marketplace. You could also develop flat rates for specific tasks such as sending an email or setting up a Facebook page.
Charging per friend would probably not be a good method for you or the customer.
For ongoing work you could consider a monthly contract.

What is the best Email Marketing software/service for a company with multiple mailing lists?
We are a mid-sized business growing our customer base. Our emails range from customer assistance to product promotions.
We need to be able to send approximately 40,000 to 60,000 emails a month. We prefer to be able to update our own customer and prospect databases with the opt in and opt out information rather than duplicating the data from our service. And we would like to handle opt-outs per list type, (opting out of product promotions does not stop the regular newsletter, and opting out of the newsletter does not opt the client from service notices.)

I have 110,00 email database and I am using “sendblaster” software. today I realize that Gmail is only allowed 100 client for one day by 3rd party software for sending mails.
