There are 3-4 softwares & many also. I have listed a few I know :-

1. Aweber : Paid one , some 19 $ per month for list of 500 subscribers. Goes increasing with increased number. Visit http://www.internetconsultantindia.com/Aweber

2. Mailchimp : FREE upto 2000 subs. Excellent but not as good as aweber , but yes has all features except some. Checkout at their site .

3. PHP List : open source one – FREE but you need to do all things initially.

4. Some softwares like Getresponse , icontact etc. – I have not used any of them.

Aweber , Mailchimp do have immediated “Unsubscribe” option.
