where can i purchase email marketing software like constant contact and iContant and not pay a monthly fee?
Also, called eblast. I want to purchase software that can produce newsletters, templetes, send to mass emails and collect data as well as track incoming and out going emails and information like iContact and Constant Contact which cost $10-$15+ a month. Any suggestions?

I have a customer database of over 12,000 contacts.
Recently i have been searching for some software that can manage this data so that recipients can opt out automatically if they wish and deal with redundant email addresses
The main aim is for it to let me email them once a month with a special offer.

I’ve used constantcontact before, and it requires a disclaimer on the bottom each email that lets the receiver opt out automatically. You can also manage your address book on the website and group clients to make it easier. It costs according to how many contacts you have though. However it does make sure you don’t email the same address twice. It’s also very easy to learn. I watched all the video tutorials in a few hours and picked it up easily in one day!
