Thinking of opening a car sales business online so need a name please ?

Starting a car sales business online so need help with a catchy name please ? Thanks

Jere answers:

You at the moment do not to be so formal. Simply test the market with local various buy and sell sites on Facebook, Gumtree and Ebay to see how it goes. If it goes well then you can then link back to your own website etc. If you look at these sites you will see how competitive this market is,

Once you advertise and sell that first car you have to register as self employed with the Inland Revenue as well.

What laws are there behind online and phone solicitation?

I was hoping someone might be able to direct me to a website, or possibily give me some info for soliciting for a family business online and over the phone? In the US, what are the legal restrictions? Are there any states with special circumstances? Thank you.

Jere answers:

E-mail marketing requires that you do not violate the provisions of the “Can Spam Act.”

Opening a small business online what address do i use?

Hi, im going to open a small business online(for now myspace and then ill go get a actual domain) for the handmade things i make and i dont know what address to use to ship things out and for people to bill me from. If i use my home address then people know where i live which is not what i want. Please help, Thanks 😀

Jere answers:

You should be able to use a P.O. Box for your business along with your email address as contact information.

For shipping a physical product, your actual street address isn’t necessary to be posted online. As far as being billed by your vendors; your street address doesn’t have to be shown online and if for some reason it must be, I’m sure your vendor will use a secure HTTPS:
URL.

Check the legal requirements in your state to be on the safe side.
