How do I go about this.

This will be used for my hospitality business where customers will supply me with their e-mail address and I need a method or program to store these e-mails AND ways of e-mailing them all at once.

One of the best and easiest ways to manage your online database and mailing list is to use a service specifically designed for that purpose. There are literally hundreds of options, but the two that I’ve found to be the best are Aweber and Constant Contact. Both services allow you to collect and manage email addresses as well as send “broadcast” message to the entire list at one time. Aweber has the added option of setting up a series of auto-responder messages that are triggered when someone adds their name to your list, and then they receive these messages, one at a time, in the order and interval that you’ve scheduled.

In addition to making it easy to manage your mailing lists, these services (and others like them) do a few other things:

1. Allow your mailing list members to update their email address and mailing preferences themselves

2. Keep you in compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations by providing opt-out links on all correspondence you send

3. Protect the email addresses of each of your members so that no one else can harvest your list and spam your members

When dealing with online list management it’s important to remember that its not JUST about making your life easier — it’s also about protecting the privacy of your members and making it easy for them to manage their mailing preferences.

You’ll need to create a website, with good photos of your work. Close-ups of the joints, etc. And then drive lots of traffic to the site.

It will work better if the traffic you drive is your target market, so focus on places where those people would be on the net.
