I want to start a new branch of my businness (Q) and call it (R). I want (R) to be completely operated (where possible) by the new emerging Internet (I) and eCommerce (eC) method(s) (M). I want (R) to specialize in 3 markets: (X), (Y), and (Z). And I need two (M)’s to : (M1), determine and collect all related imput words to my products and funnel them to my web site (WS), and (M2), assure that my (WS) is allways # 3 (on the 1st page results of the customers search). Also, for ex., (Y) may split into two major product lines (PL)’s, (PL1) homemaker and (PL2) professional. Where they may differ is in: performance, margins, cost, quality, quantity, etc. But the sales volume may differ by >> than 1000 to 1. How do I determine if it is worth having the one or two (PL)’s for (Y) or n (PL)’s for X, Y, and Z, and still make a Profit on all factions of my new (R). Do I need a mail or Internet catalog. How do I find best suppliers,shippers, and accounting (all pass thru). Please respond.

My 5 yr old Craftmatic needs service & parts.WHO DO I CALLsince they’re out of business,except internet sales?

My original papers recieved with the bed at time of purchase are unavailable to me (deep in a storage facility,unable to find). I recall there was a lifetime warranty on the mecanical parts of the bed, and a limited warranty on the mattress itself. How could I find a copy of the warranties issued 5 years ago as well as the service/parts/illustrations of the Craftmatic 3. If I was able to order a particular part (“crossbar with the 2 attatched lifting bars for the head end-queen size”), then I cold have a relative install it if a service person is unavailable or to expensive. My relative who looked at the bed for me who is a machinist/mechanic for a living said that the welding of the lifting bars broke loose from the cross bar that turns when motor is engaged. It appears that the welding originally done was defective from the factory end.The beds are suppose to be rated to allow the weight of an average sized person to lay on the bed. This particular crossbar with 2 lifting bars welded at perpendicular angles located under each side where 2 people would lay on a queen bed are what actually raises the bottom of the bed at the head end. I would assume if the welding has broken loose in only 5 years and only 1 person has used this bed and weighs only about 150 pounds, there should be some recourse of service, parts and ideally warrantied for defective workmanship causing breakage with inability to use. If anyone has answers regarding who to call for parts and labor as well as being able to locate copies of the warranties and information on parts ,illustrations, etc .on the Craftmatic III (the model designed with the lower upolstered platform attatched to the underneath framing, motor assemblage, etc. with the detatched mattress laying on top of the base platform) then I would appreciate a reply via e-mail if you have the information that I am looking for,Please respond via Yahoo.Thankyou for your assistance.L.W.
