If I get a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing would it help me get a job or are master certificates usless?
Should I aim more for a Masters Degree? I am so confused I really want to get an online certificate.

You can print your own on line certificate by using photo shop…….and it will be worth just as much……….they are useless…….

In my honest opinion, you don’t really need a degree. With regards to Internet marketing it is more important that you got something to show for. If you start your own company, no one will ask you if you have a degree. Rather, they would like to see proof what you are capable of.

Many universities (especially in the US) now offer online degrees. Are they really authentic or are they recognised in the labour market?

Try the Open University, they have been doing correspondence degrees for years and still set the standard!

I’m a 26 year old working in NYC in the staffing industry. I also have a bachelors degree in Business/Marketing. I really want to get into Internet Marketing, in a role that isn’t 100% sales. Does anyone have any advise as what next steps I should take? What type of position in this industry would be good to get into with out a lot of experience?
