Thanks to the digital archiving of records and information human error has been greatly reduced, this increases the validity of data used in carrying out research. Marketing research is important due to the fact that people (Even those in the same country) have different tastes and needs, for each sub group in a target market or location marketing research is used in order to increase the potency or efficiency of the marketing campaign and in order to ensure that the resources such as manpower and finances are not mismanaged.
