I’m planning on going to the up-coming seminar in Atlanta.
I’ve been making money on the internet since 2002..so I’m pretty new to it all and I’d like to know from people who have attended the Armand Morin’s “Big Seminar” on internet marketing strategies.

What is the most effective way to target a specific market when you do not have the extra money to afford it?
I do not have the money to afford the advertising costs associated with television commercials or radio commercials. I am relying on word of mouth and internet linking and good old fashioned yellow pages. I wanted some ideas about cross promotion or marketing strategies that also are affordable, yet effective

I should probably mention what kind of business I own. I own 1000 hungry goats that eat up all of the tall plants and grasses on steep hillsides that could cause a potential wildfire to threaten homes and other structures. Natural fire mitigation. How should one go about targeting groups like the state government, and property owners that own many acres of land?

You need to be more specific on what market you’re looking for and what kind of product you are selling. A specific type of store, product, ect… Be more specific and we can give you a realistic answer.

There are many ways to improve your business on internet.
To reassume in few steps:
1) Try to know better WHO IS YOUR TARGET, thanks to Social Network (you can use free tools like Cubeyou: http://l2l.it/Internet-Marketing ).
2) Build campaigns on Google AdWords using the keywords that your target usually uses.
4) Build campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn to show advertising to the profiles of users that you found studing the target.
5) Analyze traffic on your website to be sure the the strategy of web marketing is working well and if not, correct activities.

It would be useful to prepare a business plan which has within it a marketing plan, rather than just rely upon a marketing plan. Lots of start up business places have guides to how to prepare both documents
