Your Questions About The Real Biz

Sharon asks…

If your in the ghost bustin biz, have U ever heard a real successful EVP message?[from the ‘other’side]?

please explain, ty

Jere answers:

I been ghost hunting for several yrs now,and i never tried for EVPs until a little over a year ago.but my brother in law and myself went to a 300 year old grave yard,i pulled up right between the church and the grave yard, closer to the grave yard,i set up a voice recorder on the hood of my car,and turned it on my brother in law went on into the grave yard , he was about 30 to 40 feet into the grave yard and i relized that i had left my camera in the car,and i said out loud, i almost forgot my camera, and right after i said camera, you could hear a voice say [camera] and the way it sounded it was like a question.it wasn’t me and my brother in law was way to far away for the recorder to pick him up.plus we could tell it wasn’t his voice.and there was no one else around.that stuff is hard to believe until you experience it your self.

Maria asks…

Can I put a lien on my Biz partners House or bank account?

My former biz partner has screwed me on a real estate deal and if he doesnt give me back my money can i put a lien on his house or bank account for the time being?

Jere answers:

You can’t just put a lien on a person’s property without their consent. If your former business partner won’t grant you a voluntarily lien, then you will need to sue him/her and get a court order or judgment imposing a lien.

Donald asks…

vegas_royale_events@yahoo.co.uk – my biz,fun casino events 4yr parties,no real money-real tables-a good idea?

This is a fabulous idea that is booming over seas. I have the licience to operate in JHB and the North West. I have put every thig into it. I am on my own (at the top). I do hire temps every event. I cater for real Black Jack, Roulette, and Poker tables. Real tables at yr event/party played with no real money. Is this a good idea, or bad?

Jere answers:

I think its a great idea. I have been to quite a few corporate events and parties where you have gambling tables and gamble with fake money – but the winners get a bottle of champagne or similar…. I have always found these to be great fun, it is something which everyone wants to get involved with too…. I wish you lots of luck, I hope you do well….
