I worked in both a commercial and residential real estate offices, each for around 5 years, in a support position. I will say that in both places, there wasn’t much turn over. Not many “new brokers” that came on at either place. They were all VERY competitive! Good luck to you!

It’s a feeding frenzy sometimes. When I started out looking for a network marketing company, a REAL one, I jumped into this one and that one. I tried surveys, affiliates, gosh, countless so called BIZ opps. I got emails every day ~ come join this program, make $$$$ money while you sleep. Come on folks!

The treasure thing people keep referring to – it is not fully legit ~ read the terms and conditions 1st…..

There are legit businesses out there and yes, most times you have to pay something to get in but consider this…. Are you looking for a ‘job’ online or a ‘business’. Jobs shouldn’t require paying up front for information. DON”T do it!

A business, on the other hand, I don’t know anyone who started any business without having to spend some sort of money. With online businesses, you save the expense of: office staff, legal department, payroll, accountants, building and other office expense, just to mention a few. BUt with a business opportunity, there should at least one product. If there isn’t a product, a tangible product, beware, that company may be skirting the law, will be found out and shut down eventually.

I am not here to advertise what I do, just help others avoid the pitfalls I fell into. Network marketing, in the true sense is about people first. Why someone would sign on with a company without knowing anything about the people they are going to be working with is senseless to me. Unless, of course the person suggesting you sign on under their link is just in the recruiting business.
