Your Questions About The Real Biz

Maria asks…
Should Obama give up the political gig and get a real job?
Let’s face it, he’s a failure. He just wasted hundreds of millions of dollars attempting to get a flawed health care bill passed that the majority of the country didnt want in the first place. Maybe he and Barney Frank should go into show biz, and star in a series called “The really really Odd Couple”.

Jere answers:
Maybe hamas needs a community organizer?
I don’t think spokesman for al qaeda pays much, and the health plan sucks…

Susan asks…
How does the absorbency of substances help to remove or limit staining of materials?
here’s the real question:
using examples, how does the absorbency of some materials help to remove or limit the staining of materials? What sort of chemicals can be used and what are their limitations?
please please, a list of websties (sources) would be very helpful.

Jere answers:
Absorbance of the stain creating substance directly affects the nature, and chances of removal of the stains.
If the substance can get absorbed very quickly then chances of its removal will be lesse.
However cetain steps are suggested to remove the stains from clothes:
-Blot any excess substance causing the stain when it happens.
-Promptness is very important. Aging, heat, and laundering before pretreatment can permanently set some stains.
-If you have determined the article should be dry cleaned, be sure to inform the profession cleaner what the stain is. For example, grease stains sometimes have iron in them from the cooking utensil and may need extra treatment. Also see alcohol below.
-Repeating the procedure or soaking overnight is often necessary. Soaking for long periods may cause possible dye shifting in silks and dark or bright colored garments.
-When removing stains, use a weak solution of the chosen product first and test it. Rinse well, several times if necessary, to be assured all traces of the solution are removed.
-Do not mix chemicals. Chlorine and ammonia will form toxic gases if mixed. Follow directions on labels of all commercial products. Have respect for chemicals.
-It is best to work a stain out from the opposite side or underside. This means apply the stain remover from the underside as well.
-Cold water as a stain remover will not set the stain. However, it might damage some fancy delicate fabrics.
-Stain removal can be impossible on some stains, especially chemical stains that are caused by substances like furniture polish, bleaches, fertilizers, medications, comestics, dyes, etc. This is because many foods contain dyes or retain chemicals fro processing. Today’s fabrics are more complex and many synthetic fabrics have chemical finishes.
-Many stains are difficult to remove. Do not expect an instant miracle. Time can be your friend. Repeating the procedure may be necessary.

Thomas asks…
How profitable is a business regarding music and history?
I’m thinking of starting an online biz which focuses on two main themes – music and history.
Do u think this is considered a niche biz idea? How marketable or profitable and well-received would this idea alone be?

Jere answers:
Might be valuable, the real question is, how are you going to drive traffic to your site

Joseph asks…
How to get customers to call me , new biz ?
I have started a drain cleaning business and i have spent like 3ooo$ on online directories like yellowpages etc. I clean peoples drain pipes in their home like a clogged sink line or a business with a clog like a restaurant. So I need some advice on how to market my service without spending more money. And please dont tell me to put up cards in grocery stores because i might get one call and that would just cover my gas drivin around. I need some real expertise here, some creativity on how to get one call every day atleast. Any ideas
thanks

Jere answers:
Have you tried stopping in and talking with restaurant and hotel managers through the area, leaving your card? How about stopping in and talking with the managers and staff of the local home supplies dealers like Home Depot and such, or realtors, giving them a bunch of cards to hand out to their new clients?

Mandy asks…
How do I go about starting my own business?
I am just out of high school, and my real dream in life is to own my own business. How would i go about doing this? What college courses should i take? And most importantly, how do I get the money to do it? I come from a rather unfortunate family, so nobody in my family would be able to help me financially. What do I do? How do i go about making my dream come true?

Jere answers:
If you have good business sense you need to work with something rare and/or a necessity.
I just recently got involved with the best one I have ever seen! A fortune 250 company bought out a network marketing company for 190 million! It’s structure is a uni-level structure. It doesn’t sell a product because it is the line of energy/electricity/power in other words utility bills we already pay for. People pay there utility bill before they even pay their mortgage/rent. It is a NECESSITY.
It takes part in the deregulation of energy so that the monopoly utility companies can have competition. There are five active states right now: NY, NJ, PA, CT, and IL with TX coming soon. Nearly all states are to be deregulated by 2015. The company launched in January of this year. Warren Buffet invested nearly 1 billion into it in December 2011.
In order to rank advance you need to help your team members advance, so there is no stepping on people to get to the top. You can actually even surpass your own up-line if you are growing faster and helping your team. The second to top position only requires that you have 6 people you personally enrolled and 20 of your own customers for the most part. So it is quick to work your way up if you help your team.
You can also double the amount you put in the first week so you start with income plus residual as opposed to starting with debt.
