How much are photos from the 70s worth that have celebrities in them?
Hey there, my mom recently bought this tote in an action and we wern’t sure what as in it. When we got it home we were quite impressed. Among the many things that were in it, there were real pictures taken of Arnold schwarzenegger and Andre the giant from Princess Bride! A few were taken with other people which we guessed were fans and family members but there are individuals of them as well, and we were just wondering if we could get any money for them at all because we have no use for them.

How long do Foxy Locks Extensions really last?
Have you ordered some or have friends with experience? I’ve heard that they stop being good quality after 3 months of wear. Is this true?
Also, in a few reviews I’ve seen, they look synthetic and fake, but not others. Did yours look like real human hair? Or did they have that synthetic fibre shine?

Should I start a company or LLC for apartment complexes?
My father owns three individual apartment complexes and he’ll be retiring in the future and I’ll probably taking ownership of them. He has always been just the owner of these properties, he has never established a company or LLC for them. I had thought about getting my real estate brokers license and starting a property management company that encompasses these properties. I’m hoping to find some direction on any advantages (i.e. taxes) if I should start a company or just retain ownership as my father has for many years.

If you incorporate (corp/LLC), you will have some advantages if someone gets hurt. They can only sue the biz and not you personally. You will also be able to pay yourself a paycheck w2. A RE license will help if you do this for someone else you don’t need it for your personal properties.
