I think you can advertise both businesses even within the same content, on the same side of the card. For example, something like this might be fun, and attention getting:

I decorate em, then I sell em! Call me for either service you need. I am an expert in both Interior Design, and Real Estate.

Or:

I get your home pretty, then I get it sold! Interior Design / Real Estate.

These professions go so well together, I think they should be advertised together. It helps you stand out both as a Designer, and as an Agent.

As long as you take care of YOUR HAIR while its in the weave you should be fine there are plenty of vids on how to wash your hair while wearing a weave/braids etc and make sure that you let your hair rest in between each install like a week or two before you get the next one aswel as get regular trims and you should be fine as long as whoever is doing your hair knows what their doing
