The song is numb by linkin park. except it is the piano version. I tried to find it on youtube, but could not find the exact piano version. Is there any way i can record the song?

Jere answers:
Get fraps, (Google it), record, get realplayer (real.com), convert to mp3 only, then enjoy

Sandra asks…
Why have different users on the same PC?
What are the benefits of having multiple users (not including the administrator) on a single PC?
Can you actually track individual users’ usage (for example, what sites they access, what programs they open, what edits they’ve made to documents, etc.)? Don’t they have access to all the same programs and documents? Isn’t the only real difference the layout (font, display picture, etc.)
Thanks.

Jere answers:
There’s three reason – safety, privacy and convenience.
Safety – without proper privileges viruses and other malware cannot change the system files. You shouldn’t use the administraot account unless you really need it. Linux has been doing this for years and is one of the reasons it’s safer. In fact, it’s now difficult to log into the GUI as root and some versions you need to edit a couple of files to do it – http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/fedora-10-root-login/
Privacy – The only person who should be able to see your files is the system administrator not other users of the computer.
Convenience – Rather than use multiple computers for work or home each person can have their on account. Their “stuff” is private but they can put the files they want to share in a shared directory.

Mary asks…
I just got an autograph with an authenticity # and I don’t know how to check it, anybody know?
I just received a Taylor swift autograph and it came with a 6 digit authenticity number. Is there a website or something that i can go on to see if my autograph is real? I think it is, but i don’t exactly know what you use the authenticity number for. Please help, 10 points to best answer ! Thanks !

Jere answers:
Depending upon what website or company gave you the authenticity number really would decide whether or not you can verify it. If you cannot find any type of company name on it I cannot be sure. If it says something like DNS, PSA/JSA, JSA, GAI, or SC then I would be able to tell you it is 99% authentic. The fake autographs business takes up 80% of the market, so it would be very hard to determine the authenticity. I collect autographs but cannot completely answer your question because I have never worked with an authenticity company before. To find the BEST answers from other collectors go to the forums I use for autograph collectinng. Go to:
fanmail.biz
And go to their forums. Join the forums (my username is Sasorikiller there). And then go to the section for “Is it authentic?” Try to supply scans or images of the autographs as well for them to assess the authenticity of the item.
From one collector to another, best of luck!

Thomas asks…
Writing a fanmail to Twilight Cast such as Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart?
Does Robert and Kristen always reply to their fan mail now? And how long do you think they will take to reply back? How do you know which is the real fan mail address to them? What do you put in the envelope and how big does the envelope suppose to be?Whats the letter suppose to be about? How much stamps do you put on it? And do you need to put a self addressed stamped envelope too?

Jere answers:
I’ve done it.
Robert Pattinson was very good at replying to his fans before the release of the Twilight movie. And I’m talking about 5 months or more before the release.
I received my photo back signed and personalized.
I tried again for the second time 2 months before the release, and he didn’t reply. He hasn’t replied to anyone ever since.
Kristen Stewart replied to a few people (I mean autographs), but she definitely doesn’t anymore.
Sorry 🙁
They’re just too famous now.
Go to www.fanmail.biz, it’s the best fanmail site. Just type in “Robert Pattinson” or whoever, and it’ll give you the address.
The typical envelope size is around A5 size. Perfect size for a photo, too. There are no rules to writing a letter, except don’t sound desperate. Write about why you’re a fan, and write a little bit about yourself. Remember, don’t make it too long (max. 1 A4 page).
Yes, you put in a self addressed envelope. This is so they don’t have to write it out. If you live in the same country as them, include stamps. If not, include International Reply Coupons. These can be purchased from the post office.
So once again, it’s unlikely that the Twilight cast will ever reply to their fanmail (unless you write one very kick a** letter).
If you can’t find the address on fanmail.biz, email me and I’d be glad to give you the one I used. Fore more information, feel free to email me.
I use to love sending fan mail. I’ve only received replies from Robert Pattinson, Charlie Cox (from Stardust), Roger Federer (WOOO!) and Natalia Tena (from Harry Potter), but I’ve sent quite a few.
Good luck!

Steven asks…
Could you help me in starting my own business?
I am trying to make on-line real estate agency, so that every one can find what he/she is looking for without any problems just sitting at home. Any types of houses will be sold by that web-site. I would like to know what kind of problems this kind of byers have, so that I could make web that will answer to all of their problems and how does each of you think about the attractivness of this type of service.

Jere answers:
Hate to break this to you, but it’s been done, and done rather well at that. Some agencies no longer maintain an actual office other than for records.
Even small agencies usually have a website where folks can search for properties and ask questions of an agent. Many individual agents have their own websites with property search and local area information.
I would refer you to http://www.barelli.biz and http://www.tidesrealestate.com as examples. The “barelli.biz” site is my own, and the “tidesrealestate.com” site is my office with less than a dozen agents. (Both of those sites are pretty basic. I’ve seen much more elaborate ones, but those two offer the features our clients have requested, without becoming overwhelming.)
Of course, the online agents don’t try to actually sell the property without actually taking the clients out to see the property, but most folks (over 70% according to the National Association of REALTORS) start their home-buying process online.
In any case, you’ll need to be licensed as a broker in any state you do business in, and follow the various rules and laws in each of those states.
And once you become licensed, you might want to check out the “Internet Sales Professional (ePRO)” qualification offered by NAR.
