I am starting a business and am not planning on setting up a real office. To start a business in the state of Michigan you need to put down a registered office address and a registered agent. can that just be my house address and myself since i wont have an actual office? (I’m planning on incorporating as domestic profit

Proprietorships do not need agents, only corporations do.
What biz do you wish to start? IT “Might” be better to skip the municipal paperwork
for now, and just “open shop” and sell your services……….and when you are
pocketing $2k a mo, then get your license and tell them that you are opening that day.

Do you have to have a legal issue to change your name or can someone do so if they just want to?
If I felt in danger but not entirely sure how to explain why or the reason seemed ridiculous to others, would I be able to request a name change? Can people do this without a REAL legal issue? I’d like to be able to hide from a previous boyfriend/spouse who was extremely abusive. Would I be able to change my first and last names, even my middle name? To advertise your site you could get Yahoo ads, Google ads or dannysdirect.co.uk. They cost 10p(20c) per click apart from Danny’s Direct which costs $125 per quarter this targets UK buyers. To have a entire page on dannysdirect.co.uk it will cost $1000 per quarter but you’ll get 1000s of visitors maybe more as they advertise.
Google and Yahoo are the giants in this but they charge more $0.20 per click can easily turn into a few hundred dollars real fast as there are millions of users!
