Would you buy a house in Los Angeles now or wait?
Im in the real estate biz i think we’ve hit bottom. In the upcomming months the fed new loan programs with help absorb most of the inventory. I say buy now or very soon. If you have a least 10% down.

You are in the business?? You should know that in LA itself, there is not a lot of good stuff available, and when it is, the price is pretty stiff.. I would buy now and not take a chance on missing a good deal. If the deal works out with proper cash flow that is. As long as it fits your business plan at this point, why wait>>
That would be like a jeweler saying I will not make any more rings until the price of gold goes down..

Any advice for new real estate agents?
Hello, I am new to the real estate biz. Got a job at the local century 21, but noone in that office wants to help me. Needless to say, I plan on transferring my license very soon. Anyway, I’m looking for someone in the business to help out a rookie. I am also a barber, bu if I feel confident that I can survive on my real estate income, I would leave. Any advice for a rookie real estate agent? P.s. , I’ve read a few books already, but I think that real advice from real agents is the best way to learn. Thanks for your help

ASAP help needed. Real Estate question & loop hole if any…?
My husband and I have 2 houses. He lives in California and I live in Georgia. My name is on the California house but since I was not working at the time we purchashed the Georgia house my name is not on the paper work anywhere other than just being the spouse. He is retiring and moving out of the country and said he will no longer pay for the California house and doesn’t care if it goes into default. I am worried since his name is on GA house, will they come after my house as well and hold me responsible for both? I work baby sitting and such and earn enough to pay my bills but I do not have documented income as the Financial companies want to see.
SO…is there a loop hole someplace in the Real Estate biz I can get MY name on the GA house? I know I can do a QUIT CLAIM to remove my name off the California house. After this mess is clear I will be getting a Divorce. But for now I need my name only on this Georgia house. I have made every payment since it was purchased even though it is in his name.
PLEASE GIVE ME ADVISE THAT IS LEGAL. I need help ASAP
** Both houses are current on payments. We are responsible about paying bills so that isn’t the problem. He will be retiring soon and will move overseas. I want to try and sell the CALI house but he refuses to help me by cleaning up the property. Also, he said he is not worried about loosing the CALI property since he knows I will have the GA house.
Can he add my name to the GA house as an owner without having to re-fi?

Wow! What a slew of misinformation.
If your husband agrees to remove you from the Cali deed, it really doesn’t matter, because you’ll still be on the mortgage. Your credit is going to take a big hit.
As far as Georgia is concerned, ask your husband to deed the property over to you. You do not need to refinance to do this. An attorney can prepare a deed and record it for $100-$200 easily.

I saw this add about the Google biz kit to work from home. I just wanted to know if it was actually legitimate or was it a scam?

Not only for you. But I tell this for all my friends.
Friends first of all, there are lot of Affiliate programs on Internet. But still No.1 Online Jobs / Affiliate Program is Google Adsense. Nothing can beat this.
In the same way there are lot of survey sites but most of them are not paying correctly or genuinely after the reach the specific amount.
Google Adsene is free to Join Programme. You cannot pay single penny for Google Adsense.
Most of the website offering Google adsense programme on Internet are fraud, scam or cheat whatever way you like to call.
I don’t want to tell these websites names. I just tell you one thing you just type the name of the website (scam websites) name in the Address bar of your web-browser. It shows website not found. Because they are cheating you. Once they achieve the particular amount earnings. They close their website and run away with your money is the present situation.
None of these website take Direct Class for Google Adsense.
Because they don’t have real proof or so called Web SEO Knowledge or Google adsense topics list and so on. They simply ask you 49 dollars and Rs.1250 Indian money and simply send one useless CD and worthless Book by courier. That book is fit for nothing because, in that book already earned members thro adsense only given. How they earned from adsense their technique not given. So it is utter waste of your hard earned money.
You can try this website (this is only my suggestion) Because here you can learn Google Adsense directly (not thro books or cd) Live training always help you most.

I am looking to get into the real estate investing biz. and low on funds. There are great houses in my area (cincinnati area) and can make you at least 12% on your money

It sounds like you need to talk to your social network. 12% is nothing, and the risk is really high. Only people who really trust you (know you) will be investing with you.
The CA and FL markets are the place to invest now, places you know will recover, as people will still want to live and work there. Ohio does not have the same appeal.
