Working at home scam or real?
I was just wondering if any of you knew if that google biz kit was real or just a scam it says you only have to pay for shipping but i was just wondering if there is more to it.
I am a SAHM and my family really needs the extra income. I would work but with two kids and another on the way paying a baby sitter would cost as much as any check i would make.
Anyway if you know if that google thing is a scam or not let me know. OR if you make real money online with something else let me know.

Should I go to college and major in Economics or should I get my Real Estate License and start working?
I would choose Economics as my major because I dont really know what else to do. Music/Performing arts isnt really practical, and Economics is a short degree to get. My other option is to get my real estate license and learn that biz. I know I could do great with either…but should I go for a ‘formal’ education just for the sake of it or should I get into working straight away? Thanks for all your input!

Man do what YOU would like to do for the rest of ur life basically. Choose one that you will enjoy and gain the most out of.
Even if you choose not to take the real estate thingo ..there are still plenty of other jobs out there that you could find to keep money coming in when you are still studying.
Remember it is your life, you need to choose what you will gain out of your choices and what will be the better option for your life.
But most of all, you need to enjoy what you do and have to be forced to work.

Real Estate Salesperson.. own website? biz cards…?
I am hoping there is someone with a real estate license who can help me.
I am going for my license and want to create a website, twitter, and facebook AFTER I pass my exam and become licensed.
Do I have to wait and get the okay from the real estate company I work for before doing ANY of this? I know that some agents are listed under the companies site, but I would like to have my own page.
ALSO…. I have talked to couple of brokers who tell me not to worry about business cards, those will be provided. Is this because they do NOT want me to create my own? I wanted to have the code for smart phone/iphone users can scan it and get on my website and see all my listings.

If you think your website domain name etc is really going to be snatched up, then go ahead and buy it now but let it sit dormant until you’re licensed and with a brokerage. There’s no point launching a site when you’re not an agent yet because it’s illegal since you’re not licensed. So buy the name and sit on it until you pass your test. Don’t put the cart before the horse.
Your website will require you to have your brokerage name and their address and contact information on there.
You can of course do your own business cards. I think some brokers say that because they’re free. But I find the free ones to be cheap and tacky. I designed my own.
I suggest not thinking about all this right now. Study and past the test first and then choose a brokerage you like with a manager you like.
