There are 2 ways to invest in real estate and construction biz
1)You directly invest and purchase land ,apartments etc …which is not every-bodies cup of tea. But if you can , I would say that’s a great business. See Donald Trump ,he has made an empire out of real estate business. DLF etc…
2)There are lot of companies which are listed in BSE and NSE which deal in real estate. You can invest in them and reap the benefits.This is less risky and of course less rewarding.
Note : I am no expert in investment , this is just plain advice and this is what I would do if I could.
