What is the best design tool for a novice to create professional electronic flyers?
Publisher? InDesign? What?
I am attempting to save time and money… It will be dispersed publicly via email marketing and facebook, etc. It may also be printed for mailings. I would like it to be professional in terms of artistic, high resolution, something that looks like a professional designer did.
Let me use and example- Pagemodo (http://www.pagemodo.com/) allows you to make your facebook fan page all snazzy and nice without hiring a very expensive java savvy (or whtvr the coding that is used to customize FB pages) programmer/designer. Its free, easy to use and though I am sure there are some limitations, when you are done you have a professional looking customized fan page. I am looking for a similar program/software but for creating flyers.

Publisher is a program installed on many pc’s and used by many people to create personal stationery and advertising/promotional material but if you are after something that has all the extra professional features InDesign is the way to go.
The learning curve can be a steep one though to get the results you are after and it’s not cheap.
Some page layout software that sits in between these two is Scribus. This has many of the features that you’ll find in InDesign but best of all it’s open source software so you can download it for free.
If you’re not a professional designer/desktop publisher it would be a good option as it allows you to create your layouts to pretty much the same standard as if you were using InDesign without the cost.
Finally, the first answerer makes a valid point, no matter what software you use, without the skills, technical know-how and artistic ability you may still be disappointed in the result. This may also be a reason for considering the open source software for a start, thereby avoiding expensive software until you are sure you want to continue doing your own layouts/designs.

Internet Marketing 15 Year Old Needs Advice?
I am a 15 year old Successful Internet Marketing Dude (Hopeful). I have been in the field for 2 years,but I have been plagued by impulse spending for outside items. I am in the process of writing a product on email and the effective capture and money making of it. I have had many website, which have started and ended blank. I receive $200+ a month and can’t stop wastefully spending it. I am not spoiled, nor rich and am a hard worker. How do I stop impulse spending? The only thing I get held back by is money to get essential things like custom template design, a sales copy and seo. Am I too young to start doing these things, should I wait till I am 18? Should I just drop everything and become a normal teen? I just got out of the “Get Rich Quick” notion that corrupts thinking.
To the people who are wondering, the money doesn’t come from drugs, Im clean. My dad is a lawyer.

Hi,
It’s very easy to fall under the spell of thinking you need every item to succeed but the reality is you appear to be researching too many different things and being led down the (you need this product) avenue.
Keep it simple. Choose a niche, create an information product (or get an affiliate link to someone elses product) and market where these people hang out.
One step at a time and then repeat the formula.

However, she has asked me to write her a business proposal. Any ideas? Any premade proposals I could change, or any templates to use?

This sounds like a legal minefield, percentages of investment, profit, return. I don’t think you could use a premade proposal as it would be specific to your agreement!
