What graduate qualifications are most marketable in todays business environment?
Are people really getting wealthy through internet business or is this some kind of a sham to cheat people out of their life earnings?

You are asking two questions. First, the graduate qualifications sought most are the MBA degree. Businesses are looking for MBA graduates who also have an undergraduate degree in a field related to their business. For example, hospitals may be interested in MBAs with a pharmacy, health care, or pre-med undergraduate degree. Construction companies may want MBAs with undergraduate degrees in engineering.
Another area where there is a strong need for graduate qualifications is engineering and sciences. We don’t graduate enough people in these fields.
For your second question, some people are getting wealthy in Internet businesses and they provide valuable services. Some Internet businesses are just attempts to get other people’s money in exchange for little or nothing in return. But this is true in areas not connected with the Internet. If you have a legitimate idea and can provide a good product or service at a fair price, you can have a successful business. Of course you have to know what you are doing and have to be adequately capitalized. Wealth and success does not come from nothing. You have to work hard at it.

Any one have any serious suggestions what business I could start?
I have access to an office, phone lines and the internet. But, I dont have any cash to invest in anything. Any good services I could provide? I was considering drop shipping. Would I need cash up front for this? I am a single mum and need to start making decent cash quick, not afraid of hard work. I have an excellent business idea, but not the cash to have it manufactured. Who could I look at selling this idea to? I have had it patented.
