Do you think that Apple Inc. is breaking the law with the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad?

Now before I begin, let me say that I love Apple products, however Apple seriously limits the functionality with all three of their touch devices.

Back in the day, I believe with windows 95 or 98 a lawsuit was filed against Microsoft because it only allowed the Internet Explorer browser on their computers. It was ruled that it was unlawful for that to happen. Is Apple not doing almost the same thing now? You are not allowed to install any software not “approved” by Apple itself, and to do that you must jailbreak your device and “void” your warranty. Apple constantly updates its iOS software to patch “security loopholes” that allows people to jailbreak their devices. But that is aside from the point. If you make a device that is mass produced, don’t you have to allow the consumer to install whatever software their heart desires? It seems as if Apple is censoring out any application that it does not like or does not “approve”. And along with that, AT&T and Apple are creating a sort of a monopoly with its iPhone exclusivity contract. Apple and AT&T know that the iPhone is just about the most popular phone on the market, and it is understandable to use it as a selling point, but I think that it has gone too far. It would be different if AT&T created its own phone and used it as a selling point and did not allow it onto other carriers, but to pay another company for exclusive rights to its products is a monopolistic move. I got bad news for The sims 3 fans?

I got some bad news,im also mad to hear this really bad news,sense we were so close to the Release day.But this game got push back to June 2,2009.Im was thinking of cancelling my pre-order thats 4 months away.This game seems to be k,but i guess they want to have all the system release on the same day.This is Bulll(im sorry).

Who’s behind ASDCASHGENERATOR?

ASD Cash Generator is a “profit/revenue- share” type internet advertising company that allows you to generate money by viewing websites. I’m using ASD to advertise 5 of my sites and have received real traffic and leads from it.

How is the company revenue distributed?

Personal opinion: From everything I’ve researched, Andy Bowdoin is a man of integrity who does what he says he’s going to do. He has a rock-solid business plan and experience based on verifiable and publicly available information. Everything is very transparent.

Thmegamart???? IS IT FOR REAL?

Hi Guys, I need your views on the upcoming retail firm in india “Thmegamart” saying that they belongs to norway(FDI cft on their website says they will invest thru Hong Kong). Their is no contact details or address proof, as lots of candidates can not even find the Hybd address provided on their website. Try putting the address on google maps and you will get nothing. TE HUUR INC means nothing on internet. They are saying, we are retail giant in “Norway and Hong kong” so why their name is not coming in country retailers list for both the countries. I was amazed to see the owners on “http://stuffgate.com”{search for both ‘thmegamart.in’ and ‘corporate trainers.net.in'(the company provide retail cft)}. The corporatetrainers website is running on the name of founder and chairperson of thmegamart “Carol C.Aucoin”. even on the youtube video check the statement underneath the video “retail giant of NOWAYS(instead of Norway). Isn’t that funny how could a retail giant run a business if they are doing such mistakes for marketing. Check their numbers if u got a interview call, all are mbl numbers(I have got 3 times, even after I got offer letter in first call). few people(of course they are involve in this) are saying that, they visited their HYBD office but none of them putting their address so that other candidates can visit and check wether this company is for real. they are willing to open 138 stores, jus cz I was having spare time I counted the stores as per location they are just 127.
